Title: Plastics?

I was wondering if any members have had any experience with plastic enclosed pellets. I'm old enough to remember the huge impact plastic shot collars had on the clay target sports, primarily trap and live birds. Scores went up and 100 straights started to show up even in doubles and handicap. 12 and 20 gauge skeet became simple endurance events. I've seen a couple of positive Skenco (orange, I think} reviews and a couple of negative remarks, but no comprehensive side-by-side tests. Also I've noted one Skenco version that was initially popular can't even be ordered from Hungary now.

I was curious, are they preforming well? How do they compare to same weight lead? Do lead-core variety preform better than the lead-free?
