Title: 1377 safety ball and spring...

Well after working on 5 guns, I only had one safety ball and spring slip out...can these be reinstalled from the top,by taking the grip frame off ...I don't use the safetys but guns should have them...many  thanks

Exactly. Take the frame off. Easiest way.

If you have any, put a little grease in the hole where the ball and spring goes. This will keep the ball and spring from taking off the next time you remove the frame. ;)
