Hi All,
My newest 1300KT is sporting Williams WGRS-54 sights, which cost me about $40 from Midway and my 2400KT has LPA MIM sight (I think about the same price).
I was wondering, are there any cheap options for these guns? I don't really want to spend another $40-$60 for each gun I build. I saw a bunch of what looks like dovetail sights on Midway but not sure if they fit. WGRS-54 *barely* fits Crosman steel breech
Thanks!
Other that the OEM sights that come with the 13xx/22xx guns I don't know of any other except the Archer sights.

They are OK. Can be placed at the muzzle end of the breech for carbine use. Basically you get what you pay for. One of the good things about the Williams sights is that they can be placed at the rear of the breech with a peep for carbine/rifle sight or many different V type notch sights for pistol or moved to the front of the breech for carbine/rifle with notch V sights. The Williams are much more versatile.
My findings as well, just can't seem to find anything usable that fits an 11mm dovetail. There are Lyman sights, but not sure if they fit. And they seem to be too high for this gun as well, would have to make the front post higher. Oh well, might have to "budget" the $36 into the price of a build from now on
Do you know the part number for the V notch insert for WGRS-54?
I searched "Williams sight blade" @ Midway.

Insomnia. I saw these when I ordered my sight and thought - would this fit? and completely forgot until you posted the link :)
I'm cornfuzed. You want a cheaper rear sight? Your gun came with a cheap rear sight. Here is a rear sight from our Davio here on the forum.

The gun didn't come with the sight. Thank you for the link, it's an option, but it looks like pretty much the same option as the Archer's

That Davio rear sight looks nice. BTW, IIRC, the standard rear sight for the plastic breech does not fit the steel breech. If I am wrong, please correct.
You are correct, besides, I never even had a plastic breech. CCS don't come with plastic breeches

a bit of file work and the std plastic sight will fit a dovetail breech
a few how to's on here I seem to remember
Ped is right, as usual. And AlchemyAir does have a cool Crosman sight. Would need a little Dremeling to fit a steel breech.

Why not call Crosman and ask how much S3-02-200A costs?
