Which sight are you looking to get?  I do know that another guy is selling the exact piece that Greg used to make because I think he either bought the rights or Greg gave him the go ahead.

Hey Joe, guys name is Michael Chavka but I'm not sure he is making the rear sight.  However, here is his eMail address so drop him a note and include the picture I posted and ask him.  We might be pleasantly surprised.  Please post back what you find out.  I do know he was making the 1377 front sights.

i guess i will shoot it as is and install a steel breech later on.

While the Bluefork Design rear sight was a good thing, I really think you will be a lot happier adding the Crosman steel breech or one of the Crosman cottage industry breechs.  It will keep your barrel more steady and also provide you with many more mounting options for sights.
