Title: 1077 Speed Loader
Post by: arkmaker † on March 15, 2012, 09:57:47 PM
Just received this speed loader and I am pretty impressed. Simple and effective. I may try to do a video tonight on how it works.

I did do a video, but it was 267 MB. Was taking to long to upload to youtube. I think I figured out a way to adjust the camera so the size will be much smaller. I will try again tonight after I get home from work.

Yes, it does work and pretty well. I tried on pointed pellets. I will try wadcutters next.

This film strip is small, but until I figure out how to make a video, I'm stuck with it. Here is the break down.
-4 parts to it with 4 clips
-place the 4 clips into position
-put the blue top over the clips
-add the rim ring, so pellets don't fall out
-pour in pellets and swish around until pellets fall in
-remove rim ring
-add pellet pusher
-align and press
-Dissemble
-Loaded clips

I presume it's holes are shaped for the pellet to naturally go head first?

That is pretty cool just right for my Nightstalker too and four mags is just about right for a Co2 in the 1077.  :-*

So far I have tried pointed and wadcutters. Both flopped right in with the exception of a couple that went in skirt first. I used a razor to pop those back up and reinserted them. Sure beats loading individually in my humble opinion. One of the reasons I did not shoot this much was loading. My arthritis limits me some days. This will enable me to load 8 clips in under 4 minutes (I'm really thinking more like 2 minutes, but want to be conservative). Once I have the LDC adapter finished, I will be able to swap between guns using the same LDC and I will be shooting the 1077's much more. I am making adapters to fit the 13xx, 2240, 1077 and 114. The adapters will stay with each gun and the shell and innards will float between them (I made a nice quiet one)........Ah, jacked my own thread  ;D

Oh, I figured 3 clips per Co2 cart, but hey, if I can get 4, it is all the better!!
