Does anyone have any idea when crosman will have the 1377 steel breech back in stock?
It went out of stock, as well as the 2240 a few days ago... best to call and ask ....
Use the "Notify Me" when available button. That will let you know when they have them. They go quick!!
Go to the Crosman site and look for repair shops in NC and look at Smith airgun repair.Thats where I got mine they take paypal and mail orders.

No I dont think he makes the hex breech anymore. I wanted one of those. He's selling one like the Crosman steel but in anodized aluminum with slots on either side.
I ordered my steel breech from Crosman Wend. this week and it arrived Friday.
They told us they where on back order and where not sure when they would ship???
Damm they are out of stock already ..... ok who ordered 50 of them ? fess up ....
has anyone tried a crosman repair station for parts? ???
open up that little booklet and start calling
or
call crosman they will give you list of repair stations some places that you never heard of they have most of the parts you need
like as2250 parts all of them, there are a few stations that have them.steel breeches 1389/2289 stocks and forearms, all the parts you need
keep in mind they get parts before the general public because they repair guns for crosman
Mine arrived on Tuesday...I had every intention of leaving it until my new barrel and airstripper came in but this morning before school I had an hour of free time so I put the new breech and rear sight on and still spent 30 minutes plinking/err aahh I mean sighting it is. nice to have something so easy to work on for a change

if more people did that they might find out they have a repair station near by and could get some needed parts when they want them
like the steel breech they can never get because crosman is out of stock.you know someone is getting them and repair stations are on top of crosman's list for parts
try them you might get lucky
Breeches to in and out of stock very quickly do to high demand.
I just started fabricating my own steel breech. I am planning for a flat sided version about 6 1/2 to 7 inches long. First time to attempt anything like this, but for sure I will make a lot of chips. ;D I will start a new thread when it is a little further along.

So it is, I've been needing one for my 1322 project... hopefully they get .22 soon. (I know, I just need a bolt) ;)
Dammmm looks like their out of stock again !!!
hearing all this out of stock stuff makes me glad i have a crosman repair station 10 minutes from me!
Instead of "Just in Time" inventory Crosman must use the "Not Quite in Time" system - when it comes to the steel breeches.

:P I bought their Last one a couple weeks ago.....Unless they recently got some more in......
P.S. I signed up at Crosman almost 2 months ago,,,to be notified when Breeches arrive, and have yet to hear a Thing from them. Someone here on the Forum mentioned that the Crosman E-Mail notifications are notoriously unreliable...
nice hearing that someone is using the repair stations other than me!

i know my repair station will send stuff out i dont know if there is a spending minimum or not.i know that if i need a reseal kit sent to the midwest desert he would ship one
I was going to add the steel breech to my order this morning with a bunch of other goodies, but they're out of the .22 breech again. ??? Maybe I'll do it anyways and see if they can back-order it...
You can use the .177 breech if you have a .22 bolt.

Yeah, I actually got the email from Crosman today so I ordered one... or two. :-[ Really wanted to get one of the 1389 forearms, but they were obsolete. I had heard they might still be available as the whole forearm assembly, but couldn't get any. Ended up just ordering two of the 'black' 760 forearms. Really wish I had ordered the old style ones sooner, they look pretty cool. Also got a disco bolt, hope it fits a 1322 breech.
