Title: Burris rings
Post by: crossliner on May 27, 2012, 07:35:21 AM
Greetings gents  :) Has anyone tried one of these? I would like to get 2 pairs ( 1 in black and 1 in silver/nickel) for my twin 2400kt's but I have to hear your comments first. It seems though  BKL is the foremost choice here. If BKL had a high version of their 1" silver series I would consider them but it seems they don't. Kindly advise. Thank you and best regards  :)

Thank you Mr. Eric. Pardon me for wondering but is it something to do w/ the pellet loading as well as the cheek position if you use a Crosman 1399 stock that behooves the user to opt for high mounts? Best regards.

that would depend imo. caliber and finger size helps make that decision --- ease of loading the pellet .medium or high mounts would work .between the different manufacturers ,they don't have a set stanard of what hi. medium, and low is . so lows could be close to some mediums --- follow me. about the 1399 stock use what works .folks find the cheek weld pretty poor with that stock option but that doesn't mean it's not useable .you want the scope as close to the bore as possible ,yet you want and need to be able to load a pellet easily .
