I played around with my new Beta Chrony (fathers day gift) this weekend. Interesting results; my 2300s with a 1701P trigger and JB welded hammer shoots 490 fps (a little slow), My son's 2300KT with a 1701P trigger and hammer shoots 575 fps (not bad), and my Skanaker kicks it with 625 fps, and its not turned up all the way.
I'm a little surprised by the difference between the 2300s and the 2300KT. ???

I thought the 2300s had a reduced valve to up the shot count ... ??

According to the EVPs; both the 2300S and 2300T models have spacers in the valve. The 2300KT does not.
