Need more info Joe...
Plastic or steel breech?
All stock internals or mods?
Safety in place or removed (lost during mods?)?
"Won't cock" means... bolt won't move back? Bolt moves back but...?
Et etc
bolt will not move, steelbreech, mellon long probe bolt, and power adjuster.
joe
Does the bolt rotate in place?
OK, here are a few things to try, one at a time so we can see what's happening
will bolt rotate upward at all? If not, forget the below items, sumthin elses is going on and it's dismantle and rework time!
backout/remove rear (topside) breech screw (it may be just a hair too long and interferes with hammer)
remove power adjuster and spring, does hammer move freeely?
remove right grip and side plate, is sear jammed or off it's pivot?
bolt rotates thing was fine last time i shot it, thanks i will have get in it and check er out.
joe
Oh if the bolt rotates do what BDS said. I'm betting one of those will be the problem.
back out the adjuster screw on the power adjuster the hammer spring should be able to be removed
once the hammer spring is removed try to cock the gun
Is it possible the bolt "o" ring has split, leaving it free to rotate but jamming lateral movement?

how is he going to dismantle if the bolt wont open? the 4-48 breech screw is under the bolt and keeps the barrel down so thw transfer port wont move that keeps the valve from being removed
i think its the cocking pin
if you can stick something in there to wiggle it while pulling back on the bolt that might help.you are going to need that third arm for that
