Good point on the seals, thanks.  Are there any other spare parts I should have on hand? 

Today I am gonna do something for a bench rest, whether I fab one up, or I just raid the wife's fabric supply and sew up some rice bags. 

I also need to locate a steel breech, and spend some time learning more about pistons and valves.

I just got done ordering/ receiving those exact same parts listed above. $10.84 for the stock, $8.75 for the fore arm, $1.74 per grip. It took about 2 1/2 weeks for it to ship.
