Left handed breech

I think Ed (13xx) made one but not sure.

Hmm, those plastic breechs are so fragile I would be amazed if anyone could switch the bolt to the other side and still retain any rigidity.

But you never know.

I hate that little plastic breech...mostly because it's not very long and doesn't have a rail on it. I think crosman should make a bigger breech out of plastic or resin...one that has a rail on it...and use that as the stock breech. Wouldn't be bad if it was interchangeable for which side you have the bolt handle on.

I don't know why their stock breech isn't that way already. I don't know how much cost it would add to the manufacturing process, but since Crosman doesn't market their guns to consumers so they will do all the crazy mods we all do to them, you would think the guns would have rails on the stock breeches, OR they would try to sell a line of steel breeches at a higher price.

Plus, if all of their guns came with a dovetail rail, they would probably see an increase in scope/red dot/optic sales....

I had a left handed breech from Don Cothran. Man that thing was sweet... So smooth, oh man, now I wish I never sold it!

Pretty sure it was Ed.  Came out well if I recall.

But a left handed only plastic breech??  Don't think that exists.

I've seen one before. One day I was holding my 1322 and walked into the bathroom. I looked in the mirror and all of a sudden I was looking at a left handed breech!

i made one and it still has the same feel as if it was still right handed
it was installed on my stainless 2260 just to see if it was going to be flimsy and it has a soplid feel to it give it a try i did it with just a dremel

there are reinforcement tabs inside the plastic breech i guess to make it durable.only a small piece on one of them needs to touched
imo its pretty close to being as strong as brfore the mod
once mounted on the gun its just as stable .it wont flex any more than a non modded plastic brrech
