Looking to pick up some iron sights for my 2240. I know Crosman sells the Crosman Williams Notched Blade Sight in their custom shop. Never seen the Air Venturi but it looks similar and 5 bucks cheaper. Also I've read here that the LPA is good and compact but then again I've seen issues with poor mounting. What are your opinions on the sights, which do you like most? How do they compare weight wise.

For a pure target pistol, the Williams is tops for me. Fine adjustments, rock steady, and good sight picture. If you plan to tote the pistol around, you can't beat the MIM. Low profile and easy to adjust. One thing the Williams is known for is knuckle scraping on the bolt cock motion. Just be aware of that and cock accordingly.

I have used one of these (with a peep) on a CZ 22RF for many years and its a really good site!

For my $$ I would use it if I had a need for a good open site.  Up until two years ago my Bullseye shooting with the local PDs required open site only. No scopes. I modified and installed a T/C Contender rear site. Its a wide blade that works very well for target use.

I like the MIM for the 5 meter match and the Williams for the 10 meter there seems to be more adjustment on the Williams. But i do have a 2240 with a mim set up for 10 meters and it's ok just harder to see at least for me.  ???

Those Williams sights at PA are the same, factory Williams sights, only the pricing is different at PA.
