That is the first time I have tried to do anything to the crown of a barrel. Now, if I could just hold the thing steady, I could shoot the comps with it. At least now when I miss, I know it's me, not the gun.LOL

Is that end piece (integral sight / band) metal on that gun?  Does it fit the 13xx family?

The front barrel band is plastic, but it is much longer than the new barrel band on the 13xx guns. I have a Bluefork front barrel band for my 1377 and the part that goes into the tube is shorter. The hole for the pump arm pin does not line up on the 1300. Would have to see if Greg would make one for my 1300 with his fiber optic in it.

There was a first time for me too but it didn't turn out as well...nice job with the stone tools
