I have searched and searched for an off the shelf breech screw to no avail, I got one that was 99% there but was in steel.

So a few weeks ago I commissioned some custom made screws to my design and they arrived last week:

Gary was nice enough to include some SS breech screws with the brass bolt kit I got.  I have used two of them and am very happy with the fit & finish.  They work good.
