I have an old 1377; it has a metal sliding plate over the breech instead of a bolt.
What would I need to do to convert it to a 1322?
Thanks

I know,I know. Buy a 1322. It would cost you more in parts and shipping to convert the 1377 than it would to buy a new 1322.

And here is a 10% off code:  AG-2014-1A
Please don't mess up your old classic 1377. If it works, leave it alone. If it don't, send it to me and I will fix it for free. All you pay is shipping and for parts. ;)

Sound advice, when the Duck quacks, one should listen :-*

Appreciate the advice. I was thinking it might be cheaper to buy as 1322.
Thanks for keeping me straight.

Besides, now you will have started your collection. You will have a .177 and a .22 pumper. :-\
Here are some of my pumpers. I have gained 5 more since this picture was taken.

Since you asked, just to put it out there, you would need:

-New style breech, I think like $5 from Crosman
-new style breech screw, $1.15
-new style bolt probably $3
-new style barrel, $10-15ish
-new style transfer port $1.15

Or a whole gun for around $55...
Near McMinnville, Oregon

Have me many an airgun :), count is 102 now...

I assume you are referring to the plastic OEM breech.

Yes, if I've heard right the steel breech is around $30 in parts

Thanks again guys.
That's a beautiful collection you have Mudduck48.  Very nice

I bet you could even get an offer or two for a straight up trade...

I remember an older brother of mine had some kind of a Crosman pumper, the pump handle was steel, and of course it had a sliding cover.
LONG time ago.
