Fell into a deal here. A virgin 38T in .177 cal. Never been shot since 1983. O-BOY! Going to oil it up and stuff a cart on her and hope it works. What do you think? Sitting for 31 years, is it going to work? I hope so.

Thank you, thank you all. And guess what? IT WORKS!!! She ain't no virgin no more. Got 60 shots out of a Lealand cart. Put it on the bench to see where it was shooting and to see which pellet it might like. 3 shots on the bench, Crosman new FP milk carton pellets. 3 shots with the Hobbys. And the last target is one hand standing. Need to shoot more to season the barrel. Just wish it had a 2lb trigger instead of the 8lb lawyer trigger. I'm stoked! IT WORKS!!

Well, we have an update. Shot one cart this morning and it worked perfect. This afternoon, tried it again. Loaded it up, shot 5 shots, then the phone rang. Talked to my friend Dennis in Washington for about 45 min, got off the phone, picked up the gun and PSSSSSSSSSSSSS. It dumped the cart. Like a dummy, I put another cart in and PSSSSSSSSS. It dumped the cart. DAM! Now I have another  paper weight. O-WELL. It was fun for a while.
