BillK: Where did you get that barrel band?

Michael Chavka was making great bands, stocks & other parts until someone pissed him off and he said FU to him and quit. Not wanting anymore hassle.  He was a good guy to deal with & made great parts.
I don't know who makes a similar item now.
Anyone know? ???

Got my steel breech and my LPA MIM Sight, installed them centered and adjusted the sight by eye, and... WOW. 10 meters and 5 pumps and neither direction is off by more than a click or two.

Odd though... I hadn't noticed it before.... are all 1377 front blades canted to the left???

They could be. They are easily moved right or left. They are just press fit onto the barrel flat. The only thing holding the in place is a small tab on the inner diameter of the site.

Just give it a twist to set it where you want it. Doesn't take much.

Done. Thanks. I wasn't sure if twisting my gun barrel was something I should be doing!

Legos, definitely. Jigsaw puzzles, most likely. :-)

Just hold your barrel with your other hand or in a padded vise. You can use a block of wood and light hammer to tap it if need be. Also, use wood and hammer to remove while in a vise, so as to not put stress on the breech/transfer port.
