is there a difference between an as2250xt steel breech and a regular 22xx steel breech?
closed mouths dont get fed

Only difference I've discovered, and this is true of all four of my AS2250s, is that the breech uses the new 4-48 location.  That is, they all have the same breech as what comes on the Crosman Custom Shop guns.

now i know why the tubes have both breech screw locations
so either breech will work
thinking of building one since seeing northstar's post,rather than finding a whole gun

I thought I'd go down the same route. Pickup a 2nd hand one or buy the few parts I need to change?

Works out half the price to buy the parts for a conversion than another complete kit.

I seem to be stock piling parts at the mo.... but they'll soon be bolted together in one form or another!  :-*
