Buying scope/mounts from US

tried to order a scope and mounts on amazon just keeps saying not allowed
warranty issues ? 
seen lots around where/how do you get them

Yeah mate had a look but only have two pistol scopes and they are fixed mag 2x20 lookind for adj

It could be a similar stance as eBay has on knives (in the UK) and they think as it's part of a gun - it's a gun.

Go on eBay, theres buckets of mounts there. Ronnie Sunshines and J R Ramsbottom (bad name!!!) are good shops on there. 
And they deliver like lightning! Super quick.
