The local gun shop had a couple in stock, and so, I adopted one.  Now I'm waiting for CMan to re-stock their steel breech.  That's when the fun begins.  I've taken it ouside for a bit of practice; pretty cool pistol. RC

Congrats on the new addition to your family.

Congrats! Only shot it a couple times and the modding bug has already struck. I think it's a virus Crosman puts in the clamshell, flies out when the seal is broken..

Having done some essential mods on my 2240 (another clamshell), my mission for the new fella will, more-or-less, follow suit.  I think you may be right... RC

Someone's signature says that Crosman starts out as a hobby but quickly becomes an obsession.  And oh how true that is.

The 1377 is a great gun and an all weather gun.  You will love it.

Treat people the way you want to be treated, Life will be so much better !!!

Crosman does not put a modifiy your 1377 virus in it's clam shell packages.  They come from this forum and a few other sites that show modified 13XX.  VERY contagious and habit forming, no matter what your age or how deep your pocket, this forum will corrupt you. ;D
With age comes skills.
It's called 'Multi Tasking'.
I can
Laugh, Cough, Sneeze, Fart and Pee all at the same time.

Neither McAfee, Norton or the Center for Disease Control in Atlanta has developed a suitable anti Crosman venom yet.

The only other alternative is to buy another Crosman or just pass away.

Well, whatever it is that makes one want to tinker with these pistols, it's working here.  I could think of worse things to do.  I refined the trigger mechanism - polishing and shimming - yesterday, and am, somewhat impatiently, waiting for restock of a steel breech, while my red dot sight is on its way.  Thanks for exposing the details of this virus. Nice RC....I just picked up one of the newly named ones today....they're calling em 'pumpmaster classics' now :P....  looking forward to modding mine, as well as fixing up/modding my old 2240, and the new 2240kt that i've ordered at Cman custom shop... all 3 are getting a new breech in one form or another....I have a 1x42 red/green dot waiting to be installed on my old 2240, or maybe the new pumper...
