Can you shoot one of the altoids in the pic at 15 yards?

I would put money on it i could. I shot the head of a sheet rock screw at ten yards the pellet is still stuck on the head of screw.

hmmm, going out now to get me a tin of altoids so i can start practicing for the ...15y altoid m417 challenge...

I haven't bought any Altoids lately so I don't know the price.  I expect a roll of small SweeTarts would be cheaper but then you wouldn't end up with a tin.  I bought some golf tees and when I get tired of shooting the plastic practice golf balls I'll put the SweeTarts on the tees.
