Seems to be a nice discussion according to me, I was always more into Co2 - but with the new Crosman 1322, just wondering how others are looking to pumping or using Co2.

For me, using Co2 is very confenient, add a cartidge and go ! Although, a friend of my used to have a 1322 ('90's) and the fact that you can regulate the power is a nice to have feature.

But both systems could be different from a modding perspective as well...?

Let me hear your thoughts and make it fun !

I like it both ways.  Convienence of Co2 and the adjustability of the pumper.   They both have their place.

I like to pump cause its cheap.   However I am lazy and if you can bulk with HPA @1600psi you can have a huge performance advantage over CO2 and Pumping.  Plus you wont get tennis elbow:)   Very common in pumpers and fluffers I hear.

Yep both are fine for me. Don't like one more then the other. But the pumper is self powered sort of.

I like the zen of pumping between shots.

Lately, the only time my 2240 has been getting any play time is when I only have a small window of time to do some plinking and even then my Tempest sometimes wins out.

I enjoy both; CO2 for the convenience, and a pumper when I leave the house with a pistol and don't want to bring CO2 and pellgun oil.  I actually enjoy pumping; slows my shooting and is more relaxing. RC

I am Bi; I go both ways.

I go THREE ways: Pump, co2 and springers  :-*

I prefer the pumpers because I feel somewhat responsible for the power generated (???) and am not tethered to a box of powerlets, but when lazy the co2 toys are pretty cool and a bit more powerful.

I like pumpers because it's cheap to shoot them. Ask my wife, I'm extremely cheap (and I've worn off on her the past few years!)

co2 all the way. just too lazy to pump i guess. dont even like the idea of having to break the barrel of springers to load them but at least its only once :)
