I ordered a Tko muzzle and it came the other day. Sadly I only had one pellet left so i could only hear it once, and I'd have to say its nice. I got the black painted one, and it's the worst paint known to man. I can scratch it off with my fingernail!  Also I can see down the break and there is a LOT of plastic shavings (I'm guessing form machining). Is that normal?  Or do I just have a poorly painted/machined break. I'd like to take it apart but it won't seem to budge. I can take the set screws out but it still won't budge. How can I clean it?  I'm about 99% sure that it affects the sound of the gun and the affectiveness of the muzzle brake. Help!

i dont think you can take them apart! shaving are not normal
i would send it back for replacement
then get the carbon fiber wrapped brake
closed mouths dont get fed

Blow in it with compressed air. Or if it on a pcp/pump/co2 gun. Dry fire it a few times.  Shavings can also affect accuracy.

I have tried compressed air and dry firing it, and it doesn't work. I'm returning it and getting a new one.
