So I'm getting some shots in tonight and doing pretty well with a couple different airguns. I decide to get out the 2300KT and bang out a few rounds before bed. I put up a new target, turn on the red dot and load up. Five shots and I'm missing my aim by six inches. I check the red dot and make sure it's tight which it is. I curse it and take it off because it must be faulty since it couldn't possibly be me. Another shot and bam, six inches off. What the hell  >:(

Then I hear a pellet hit the floor. I pick it up and it's .177
My 2300 is a .22!  >:(
Duh ...

Lol......I almost did that today with my rifle.

I am sure you're not the First ;)

I once worked with a guy that came to work one day saying that he bought a gun from another fella at a range for $50 because it wouldn't group.  It was a 30-06 and the guy was using .270 ammo in it.
