Red Dot Mount Help Please !

I have a 2240 with a steel breech and I want to mount my Red Dot scope on the pistol but can`t because the Red Dot mount is to wide to fit the breech grooves.. Someone please tell me which mount to order so the scope will fit. If I did not explain this right just ask me a question Thanks...

You need a dovetail-to-Weaver adapter. Sometimes '11mm' is used in place of the word 'dovetail'. These are available from a number of sources including Pyramyd Air, AGD, Amazon, etc. On the inexpensive side is a Leapers/UTG model that costs under $10.
