That can happen with the stock roll pins. Your best bet is to get a solid pin kit. I know he's behind by a few weeks due to the demand for his pars but Charlie Mellon makes a nice solid pin.

These secure with nuts or e-clips (he calls them c-clips) I've got one with the clips and love it. It also comes with a bearing and reinforcing ring to make pumping smoother and more solid. This pin is also easier to remove than the roll pins so any work you do on the gun becomes easier.

Oil the pin  that will stop it from working out when its dry friction causes the pin to turn and work its way out.

I have the same problem, and was just about to post it, so thanks for this thread.  First time it wiggled out, I tapped it back in with a small hammer, using a dish towel to soften the blow.  Threw my scope readings completely off.  100 more shots, and I'm back to square one with a cockeyed pin.

How much does Michael Chavka usually charge for his stuff?  It looks nice, but it also looks quite expensive.

You can also get a solid pin kit from Mountain Air.

I looked around some more on that site. Looks like $48 for a barrel band w/o sight; $53 with. No thank you. Too rich for my blood.

I bought one of Charlie Mellon's stainless steel solid pin kits for my first 1377 but did not use the spacer or bushing.  I made my own solid pin for the second 1377 still no spacer or bushing.  I used some 3/16" round stock I had laying around, spun it in a drill and used a piece of hacksaw blade to make a groove about 1/16" from the end deep enough to hold an E-clip from Lowe's.  Made another groove several thousandths more than 3/4" away from the first one and cut it off with the same piece of hacksaw blade about 1/16" from the second groove still by spinning it in the drill.  I figured out where I wanted the grooves and chucked the stock in the drill so that I could just hold the hacksaw blade against the chuck jaws to get the groove where I wanted it.  Drilled the pump arm pin hole in the tube out to 3/16", de-burred the holes and the new pin, and put it back together with the E-clips in the grooves to hold it all in place.  I have seen pics of o-rings holding solid pins in place but I haven't tried that.
First pic is Charlie's, second is mine.  I can tell which is which by putting a magnet to them because I didn't have any stainless steel when I went to make mine.
