Backpacker breech

No worries, I have the complete rifle 1389 and the new 2289g tube, All I need to change out is the tube and the barrel
and mine will be a 2289g (Using the original breech. Might have to replace the 177 pellet holder for a 22.

Sound right?

so you are going to use the 1389 breech and rear cocking hammer assembly.the 1389 breech isnt cut out for a hammer pin
the .22 loader isnt a problem.before you get one let me know what its going to cost i have seen the loaders going for 3-4x what i can get them for.
the barrel has to be modded also.the 1389 breech has the transfer port and the barrel has a very shallow leade,if you want to call it that &
no transfer port

Hmmmm, Maybe I should just keep 177 and just keep it stock and just refurbish it.
Can I do any internal upgrades? For more performance?

i put a flattop piston and flat top valve in mine there was a gain in velocity
