     Well the Freedom8 arrived, got it setup, and now have independence from the Scuba and Paintball shop for fills. Still waiting for the Alfa Proj. Hopefully I'll have my hands on a nice CF 4500 60 min / 80 or so cu.ft tank. One of my 4-H kids got his Air Force Edge, and I have to say, I was very impressed. It can't weigh 5 lbs. if that, and it seems to not be too picky about pellets which is great for him. It does seem to have a preference for H&N 8.1's. Will need to get the different head sizes and see if it really has a "best" pellet.

Got to sight in the Disco today 25yds. Wow, tight groups. Secured end of barrel to tube with black RTV. Only getting 10 shots from 2000 to 1100 psi. I think the hammer spring needs to loosen up (break in). Wish i had a crono...believe pellets are smoken.

Interesting joe.  What kind of performance boost did you see?

I'm waiting for a solid pumper pin and bushing and a .22 extended bolt, both from Mellon Air.  Could be a while but his stuff is nice and priced right.

My .25 carbine (a 2560 if you will) is doing 850fps/69fpe with a Eunjin 43.2 with short heavy hammer spring no preload, on a 2400psi fill. 

Going for 80fpe and will try for 100fpe.

I would, but you see, it is already installed and I can't for the life of me get it out of the tube.  And I would need a first born bequeath to me.  LOL!

3-10 depending on RVA and spring.

Will be interesting to see what the bell curve looks like with that valve once you're done tuning it. Can't remember ever seeing anyone post a complete shot string using it before.

Trucks heading my way contain a good whack of 4130 tubing, pellets (.25, .30 and .35), drills, end mills and a few odds 'n sods for the mill and lathe.

Yet another truck has points/condenser for the Case 446.
