GOBBLE, GOBBLE is coming. In 09 I helped a friend of mine move to Kansas. He has 120 acres. We drove around the ranch and he said, look, peacocks! i said, no Larry those are wild turkeys, not peacocks. He has been there 3 years and now knows that I was right. .22 cal pellet at 500fps, dinner!

They do not taste like regular (store/ farm raised) turkey.
They taste like , well like a wild turkey should.

Just like how a deer tastes different than a cow.

They are going to taste like what ever they have been feeding on.
