So, is a 338 BB pistol worth $40 in that shape? Is it even worth getting? I'm thinking with the paint that rough it's more of a $20 pistol, but wanted your opinions...

I'd be stripping the paint off and polishing anyway.

Considering how low prices are over there I would make a low ball offer myself.

good call, I haven't seen it before so I don't know if it's a repost, doesn't help that it's labeled as a Marksman when it's a Crosman... I normally search for Crosman, Marksman isn't known for their quality so I don't look for it . Their description sucks so I doubt they are going to get much action so I'll try lowballing...

craigslist came be a good source for guns i keep seeing 37 .177 for $15 various conditions
there is a daisy doubl barrel for sale the guy wants $650

I decided against that at least for now, he's reposted it at least once now...

Today I picked up a Marksman 2004 (from before they were switched to being Beeman P17's) and a 1377 for $40, not the best deal but not bad either as both are in good mechanical shape, the 2004 is missing the rear elevation screw and nut, and the 1377 has a couple chips on the grip housing but otherwise in good shape, both shoot just fine, now I know which 13XX of mine is getting modded
