:-[ Oh no I lost my safety spring and ball. O well I guess I'll go safetyless on this one ;)

1377x

common problem
a disposable lighter flint spring and 3/32 ball bearing will replace that
i used a safety detent pin out of my beretta 92fs for the lost ball
if you have a pin with ball head that can be used also if the ball is small enough to fit in the slot.just cut the pin down and it will be like a spring guide

Buy 3/32" ball bearing, off of Ebay, in bulk. :-*

Although I did lose 99 of them at one time, when I miss place the ziplock bag. :(
I did find them later, in my airgun parts box, only after order 500 more. ;D

Corrected safety ball size.

I dunno why but just today I forgot to mount the spring and steel ball and my safeties still work fine..They are a bit over in size though I instructed the machinist to make them slightly fatter. Best regards.

Long days and pleasant nights to you...

I've used shirt pins as a back up when I lost the ball. The ones with the round head. Clip the pin off so ther is only about 1/8" left and guide it into the spring. Works like a charm until you can get another bb

You really don't need safetys in any airgun. The safety is between your ears.

I know this is just a misprint but to make sure no one reading this in the future uses this info to order the wrong size, the correct size is 3/32" NOT 3/16".
