anybody know how far behind charles mellon is?

i just ordered a new bolt. I should have just ordered it weeks ago when i only WANTED it, instead of waiting until i NEED it..

taken right from the front page of his website minutes ago.pretty much tells you what you need to know
like arkmaker hope for the best! i wouldn't hold my breath on it though.
if i was mellon i wouldnt take any more orders until i was caught up then i wouldnt have to spend hours a day answering wheres my parts questions

I AM ALSO SPENDING FAR TOO MUCH TIME TELLING PEOPLE HOW THIER GUN WORKS. THIS IS NOT MY JOB. I MAKE PARTS. I AM NOT RUNNING A SCHOOL. GET YOUR INFO FROM THE FORUMS. THAT'S WHERE I LEARNED.

The bad news is really the  good news. The mans  business is  past his ability to fill the  demand in a resonable time. Time to expand and  add help  to fill the  orders. Charles Mellon makes more money somebody gets a  a pay check and we  buy more parts.The quality remains high the orders  go up the  line expands and more orders come in  and the  cycle  continues until  Charles  Mellon is a  wealthy man and somebody else is  doing the  work and  earning a  living  and the customers are  happy. Sounds  like a plan to me. Go  for it Charles we want  you  to make it  big.

hm..  i work from home by myself and sometimes i think about hiring help when it gets really busy, but then i realize just how much that would actually cost.

he tried hiring people to help out that didnt work out
when you have a standard and cant get anyone onboard with the same stanard its hard to keep help.i was a supervisor,i now how hard it is to get quality help.

All I know is it will get here when it gets here. Just like Don Cs parts when I order from him. This is why I don't do this for a living I could not take all the emails of people asking where is my stuff  you got my money so where's my stuff. These guys have very full plates so of you can't wait then Just don't order anything. I just last ordered two FT sets one for me and one for a friend across the pond and he has not asked me once if it came in yet . So just be cool and wait it out.

I'm waiting for parts, too. But it's worth it. In fact I'll be ordering more here soon. As I'm going to have to reorder the 2400KT again due to a SNAFU there's no problem with me and any time delay. His price difference makes it worthwhile.

im not impatient. i was just wondering. I have seen his announcement also, so i knew when i ordered it would be a while. Thats why i said i should have ordered it weeks ago

I ordered parts from Mr. Mellon on the 8th of this month when I get them I get them if it goes 6 wks I might call him.
