I just installed a steel breech on my 1377.
Also got a stainless breech screw and the lighter trigger spring from eBay.

The trigger mod was well worth the 7 bucks.
Later today I want to take her apart again and polish up the sear contact points and see if that helps any more.

I am waiting on a rear site from Archer so in the meantime I am just using a cheap red dot from my kids pistol. 
Still contemplating whether this will be all the work that that I want to do on this one. 

So far I am having great fun with this pistol.

Nice Larry, the ones I have seen done have used the 2250 rear forearm plate and the front 2250 BB to attach the rail. Just needs a couple of forearm screws then.

Scored an old BRASS .20 cal Sheridan barrel, modified it's diameter wrapping with carbon fiber fitting onto the M-rod
