I ordered a couple of Hogue Handalls hoping to fit one on one of my Crosman pistols and the other on one of my powder burner pistols and neither one fit well.  The one on the Crosman grip was very loose at the top edge when it was tight and just clear of the bottom so that it had the finger cutouts in the right place.  Didn't fit any of my powder-burner pistols any better.  $30 lesson.
They are available if anyone is interested.
Cheers,

Thanks for that clarification Jerry.  Was sort of curious about how they would work out.

And this time I'm glad it was you and not me that did the research.   :D

Well the good times don't last long do they  :D  The grip frame already started to fade after just one use  >:(  It happens only where the hand touches the frame, I was thinking about one of the Houge (I think it's called) rubber slip on grips that I have seen. Someone here had one but I can't remember who it was or what thread it was on. Anyone have one and what do you guys think about it? It's too much work to polish the frame after every use. I might just paint the frame matte silver if I can't figure this out.
looks good
i would try some eezox on it
then after each use wipe it down with a little eezox and store away

I went into a nail salon and got a tube of nail polish for applying french tips.  It has a very fine applicator.  Your gonna get some on the outside of the letters no matter how hard you try not to .... just wipe it off with a q-tip ... wait for everything to dry, and then very lightly use a q-tip with nail polish remover (acetone) to remove whats left.

Thanks, I wonder if white-out would work. I know we have that at home.

I would think it would chip easily ....  ???

I use nail polish for lots of things, so I went right in search of it.  I particularly like to use it as a thread locker
