if you get the marauder pistol gauge block the 009 o-ring and gauge adapter isnt needed plus its steel so it wont have any conflicts with the tube and corrode like the disco gauge block does

I got my extension tube in a few weeks ago. I did some shot counts. I don't have a chrony here at my house so I counted from first shot till I heard it get low enough pressure to bounce the hammer. I got 29 shots with the adjuster all the way out, and 15 shots with the adjuster all the way in. I've only been filling it to 1500 PSI because if I fill it anymore the first group of shots are very week. Even at 1500 psi fill the very first shot sounds week, then they sound a lot louder after. I'll go by Ed's house today and get some chrony numbers. I'm very happy with the 15 shot count if it is in the 800+ fps range with CPHP's

I ordered me a extended pin probe from GMAC. Got it installed and borrowed Ed's chrony for the day. These numbers are all from a 1500 PSI fill with CPHP pellets. One column is with adjuster full in, and the next full out. So far I am becoming very happy with my results. Now to find the sweet spot on the adjuster to give me the longest consistent shot string.

Thanks for updating your build thread! Nice progress!!  Nice numbers!! :-*

Found it interesting that in now that I read it again, and know more now of what I am doing (sorta ;) lol)... that I get better on why pinning the valve was important.

I have a question about parts direct from Crosman...

I have been on the CS site too and I have I put some part numbers into the "search". None such is all I get. Can someone provide a good link to where to order parts please!

Again, great informative thread from some knowledgable contributors!!

Thank you,
CW

To the best of my knowledge there is no price sheet put out by Crosman. I had run across a personal price sheet someone had posted. I got all those prices from the nice lady on the phone at Crosman. I got the part number from the parts list on the crosman site. I printed out the Illustrated Parts Breakdown on the crosman site and highlighted all the parts I was interested in.

Get your part numbers from the EVP's here; http://www.crosman.com/cs/manuals

Then call and read them off with quantities. They will then give you a price. They will not look up part numbers for you. Have you list in hand. They get 100's of calls every day, so if you have your end organized, then it is a pleasant experience.

Here is the phone number; 1-800-7AIRGUN (724-7486)
