I probably would have done a better job if I had known I would be displaying it here.  I put a washer on the ground down bolt to preload the spring to the point of coil bind.  I wanted to be able to shoot @ 400 fps or 600+fps.  This is on a CH1760 target gun with a reduced volume valve to get maximum number of shots not power.
