I now have 3 sets of Vernon's grips, 1. figured mahogany, 2. figured walnut, 3. quilted maple all beautiful, Vernon is quite an artist with wood one would not be sorry they bought his grip sets...

I have to convince she who cooks the meals that my guns need furniture changes from time to time, she is in total agreement that Vernon's grips are beautiful, so maybe another pair or two...

Something that does work...  She say's isn't that a new set of grips, I say no I just moved the grips around on my assembly bench, worked so far

Oh man I got my grips from Vernon today and was finally able to open the box just now and man those Cocobolo grips are gorgeous. I thought they looked good in the pics but seeing them in front of me is a totally different thing.The walnut set is beautiful also but those coco grips just blow them away.The coco grips are are from one block of wood that was split so the grain runs in the same direction on both grips just beautiful.I have to take some pics and post them if photobucket co-operates.
